We've just launched smart escalation paths, empowering you to set intricate rules for escalating issues. If you want to have on-call personnel during business hours only, or wake people up only when an alert hits the highest priority - it's now possible! This latest version of the app takes full advantage of these new smart escalation paths: - We now show your on-call status taking into consideration if your part of an escalation path is 'in hours'. - For low urgency escalations (if configured in the incident.io dashboard), your device's do-not-disturb and current mute switch are respected. No more 'critical' alerts when you don't need them! And there's more on the horizon! In the next couple of weeks, you'll be able to see your schedules in-app, create overrides, and even request cover for your shifts. |
